Stafford Hospital East Campus
17 AC Total Sitework providing infrastructure for future commercial development. Project included Erosion, Clearing, 134,000 CY Excavation, 2,300’ Sanitary, 2,900' Storm, 4,400' Water 45,000 SF Site Concrete, 13,000 TN Stone Base, 4,500 TN Asphalt and Restoration.
WTBN-BEQ Quantico
Clearing, Erosion Control, 55,000 CY Excavation, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer and Pump Station, Domestic and Fire Lines, Fine Grading. Job included removal of existing firing range berms to make way for the new Bachelor Enlisted Quarters.
Rappahannock River Heritage Trail
Constructed 8,000’ of asphalt trail from the former VEPCO canal down Caroline St to and along Riverside Dr and Fall Hill Avenue on the river. The job included 2 KIOSKS, signage, storm water management piping & structures, concrete curb & gutter, excavation, bridge connecting Old Mill Park and boardwalk. Runners were on the trail with gusto before the pavement marking dried!
Brentsmill Subdivision
Complete sitework package for 82 lots including erosion, 29 AC clearing, 300,000 CY excavation, 7,000' sanitary sewer, 7,300' storm sewer and 4,700' water lines, site concrete, paving and easement restoration. Spratt spent nearly 6 years diligently working with the developer for bond release.
Pender Camp Water Main Extension
Major Design/Build upgrade located in Fort AP Hill included 32,000’ of 8" Water Main, a Booster Station, 2 Mixing Units and Altitude Valve for the existing water tanks, a Chlorine Injection Station, 40,000 gal Carbon Steel Fire Suppression Tank, 4 Auto Flushing Units, SCADA, Air Release Valves, Fire Hydrants and complete restoration.
