The Regional Fire Training Academy is a joint training facility for the local fire departments of the City of Fredericksburg, King George and Spotsylvania Counties. This was a complete site package including all the concrete, electrical, and paving as well as clearing, earthwork and utilities. A unique feature was construction of a burn building for live fire training exercises.
