Grading and utility project for a future Royal Farms franchise and two future lots for later development. This work included excavation of over 8,000 CY, installation of over 2,100 LF of 12͟ waterline (including a bore under Route 17, 450 LF of new sanitary sewer install, site lighting, upgraded traffic signals, stone, asphalt, and pavement markings to 3 new paved roads and a new turn lane from Route 17.
