Design / Build Infrastructure Improvements to Water System at College Heights and Wastewater System at Normandy Village, William St and Charles St. Project improved water flow and pressure throughout the College Heights and also positively impacted UMW’s facilities. Replaced Sanitary Sewer and service connection in Normandy Village. Revitalized the existing sanitary sewer beneath William St downtown VIA CIPP trenchless rehab and also replaced several manholes. The Charles St. work included rehab / replacement of existing 18” sanitary with new 21” pipe and manholes. All restoration done all sites.
