“Topographically challenged” would be the best way to describe this site before we got a hold of it. We moved 370,000 CY of dirt to prepare this gigantic 500,000 SF warehouse building pad. Spread out over 37 acres this site gave our heavy equipment plenty of room to run free. 13,200 LF of wet utilities and 6 retaining walls rounded out this monster of a project.
