National Museum of the Marine Corps Expansion

Under the leadership of the Heritage Foundation and contracted through Balfour Beatty, W.C. Spratt laid the foundation for a 50,000 square foot expansion of the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico. Our scope of work included removing 60,000 cubic yards of earth bunker behind the existing museum. We used this material as fill for a new drive entrance and parking lot and also installed several bio-retention ponds and a mile of site utilities.
