Our projects speak for themselves
A 244 Unit apartment complex located in the Massaponax area of Southpoint, Spotsylvania County. Onsite amenities include a pool, clubhouse, service center and carwash. Our scope of work involved the export of 20,000 CY, 34,000 SF of retaining wall, storm water management, storm drain systems, utilities, walkways and parking lots. The project was completed on time with an exceptional and often aggressive build out schedule.
9,900 LF of 8’ wide mixed-use trail along Gunston Road in Lorton VA. This segment extends from Pohick Bay Golf Course to Pohick Bay Regional Park and ties into an existing trail network at Mason Neck State park. Our soup to nuts scope involved clearing, erosion, grading, asphalt paving, concrete aprons, hand rails, fences, revegetation and trail signs. The local community, joggers and cyclists are thrilled to have this new trail!
Design/Build infrastructure improvement project for the City of Fredericksburg. This project consisted of installation of over 5,900 LF of new 12" Zinc Coated waterline on Caroline Street from Amelia to the streets terminus. Throughout the installation 14 new hydrants were installed and over 190 service connections were made. This project greatly improved the water pressure to the residents and businesses as well as vastly improved the fire suppression systems in the buildings. In addition to the waterline, over 1,200 LF of sanitary sewer line was either replaced or rehabbed via CIPP.
