Upgrade comprised of removal and replacement of existing culverts with new concrete box culverts. In two separate locations, Stafford and Spotsylvania. Complete turnkey project scope incl. traffic control, demolition, stream diversion, precast box culvert installation, paving, guardrail and restoration.
UMW Stormwater
Stream Restoration and Stabilization on UMW campus site to meet regulatory conformance. Job included: Demolition, Storm Sewers, Underground Detention System, Retaining Walls and Bio-Retention Facilities on the Baseball and Softball Fields, Marshall Hall, Virginia Hall and Physical Plant.
Consolidated Elementary School
Total Sitework for a new educational facility off Purvis Rd in Quantico. Job included Site Demolition, Clearing, Erosion, 37,000 Excavation with 45,000 CY Borrow, Sanitary, 4,000’ Storm Sewer, 19,000 SF Underground Detention System, 2,000’ Water, 50,000 SY Grading, 55,000 SF Site Concrete, 10,000 TN Stone & Asphalt and 8,200 SF of Bio-retention Systems.
BEQ AND EDQ, Quantico
Minor Demolition and Utility Capping. All site Excavation, Dirt Balance and Grading. Sanitary Sewer, Water and Fire Lines and Storm Drain. Retaining Wall and Bio-Filters. Project located on a former facility in the Quantico Marine Corps Airfield / Turner Field next to the Potomac. A final Whiting Turner project for Spratt.
West Hampton Village
Total sitework for a 25 Lot Subdivision. Included Storm Drain System, Sanitary Sewer and Domestic Water System. Also, Stone Base and Paving of Roadways, and Bio Retention Facilities. West Hampton had substantial changes and Spratt has diligently worked over 4 years for the developer attempting bond release.
