Exciting project constructed while college students attended school without incident. This job included 1,200 CY Demolition, 5,000 CY Excavation, 10,000 SY Site Grading, Underground Utilities – Storm, Sanitary & Water, Curb, 8,000 SF Brick & Concrete Sidewalks and 2,000 TN Stone and Asphalt.
Child Development Center Quantico
New school project near the Quantico MCB Commissary in Stafford County. Project included Clearing, Erosion Control, Site Demo, Earthwork, Cistern System, 160’ Double 6X6 Box Culvert, BIO Retention Facilities and Water & Sewer networks.
Moncure Estates
11 AC Clearing, 2 EA SWM Ponds, 50,000 CY Excavation, 3,000’ Sanitary Sewer, 1,000’ Storm Sewer, 3,000’ Water Line, 27,000 SF Concrete, 5,000 TN Stone and Asphalt, Ductbank, Traffic Control and Restoration. A notable feature was the 28’ depth required to connect the existing sanitary sewer.
EOD AP HILL
Design/Build project in Fort AP Hill, Caroline County. Utility scope included: water well, well house, water distribution system, fire system including fire pumps, SCADA, 2 - 40,000 gal suppression tanks, chlorination system, septic tank, sanitary sewer piping, drainfield and restoration.
