Moncure Estates

11 AC Clearing, 2 EA SWM Ponds, 50,000 CY Excavation, 3,000’ Sanitary Sewer, 1,000’ Storm Sewer, 3,000’ Water Line, 27,000 SF Concrete, 5,000 TN Stone and Asphalt, Ductbank, Traffic Control and Restoration. A notable feature was the 28’ depth required to connect the existing sanitary sewer.



Design/Build project in Fort AP Hill, Caroline County. Utility scope included: water well, well house, water distribution system, fire system including fire pumps, SCADA, 2 - 40,000 gal suppression tanks, chlorination system, septic tank, sanitary sewer piping, drainfield and restoration.


MWH Womens Health Facility – Phase II

Total sitework including 1,800 CY site demolition, erosion control, 5,000 CY excavation, utilities, site concrete and paving 10,000 SY. Spratt completed another project for the mighty Whiting Turner Company without litigation and kept Medicorp satisfied.


UMW Dahlgren Education & Research Center

Total sitework for a new 40,000 SF academic building in King George County including of 7.5 AC clearing, erosion control, 41,145 CY rough grading w/import, 1,200’ of watermain and appurtenances, 912’ sanitary sewer, storm water management, duplex pump station, site concrete and paving.


Pender Camp Fort AP Hill

Design/Build project consisting of 1,500' of sanitary sewer, 6 manholes and appurtenances, 1,000' sanitary force main, 3,750' of 8" water, Grinder Pump Station, Two 50,000 gallon water tanks with concrete foundations and SCADA.
